Art
- Students work in an art studio with permanent centers (drawing, painting, collage, and sculpture) and temporary or rotating centers (clay, fibers, printmaking, etc.).
- Whole group lessons follow district curriculum, as well as State and National Standards for Art and Design.
- Students are free to experiment with materials, practice and develop skills and explore/develop their personal style.
- Opportunities for individual work and collaboration.
- Students participate in our annual whole school art show, with more opportunities to display art throughout the year.
