The field trip covers four learning experiences:

  • Farm Life: A museum exhibit that focuses on a century of change for farm families and their neighbors.
  • History Quest: An exhibit where students investigate the lives of six individuals representing six different time periods in Chippewa Valley history.
  • Changing Currents:  A museum exhibit that shows how the Chippewa Valley is always changing through the mixing of people, cultures and environment.
  • Paul Bunyan Camp: An experience focused on the influence of logging on the daily life of families in the Chippewa Valley.
