The Chippewa Valley Montessori Charter School has an active parents' organization. The parent organization plans and carries out fundraising events, helps with school activities, provides volunteers when necessary, and assists the students and school as needed.

Parents are elected to the Parent Group by the larger Montessori parent body. The officers, teacher representatives, partnership coordinator, and principal meet once per month to plan and exchange information.  Parents are welcome to attend. Contact the current Chairperson in advance if you wish to get on the meeting's agenda.

To avoid potential conflicts with the school district calendar, the Montessori Parent Group Meetings have been moved to the 3rd Thursday of each month. All meetings will be held both in-person in the school's library 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. and virtually.

The Parent Group does TWO BIG FUNDRAISERS, No Buy/No Sell and a spring fundraiser. They also host Culver's and Dairy Queen nights throughout the year.

The Parent Group's goal is to continue keeping the number of fundraisers limited and focus on the FUN ACTIVITIES and COMMUNITY BUILDING that they offer. The total fundraising goal would fully fund:

Multiple Field Trips for All Classroom Levels
End-of-Year Carnival
Wacky Winter Dance, Fall Family Day, and Other Family Events
Classroom Enrichment Funds
Conference Meals
Staff Appreciation Week
